Paper Tigers

Paper Tigers started as strategic advisory and evolved into a full narrative system for a publisher entering screen production. We developed a slate-wide language spanning script development, visual references, casting principles, and tonal boundaries.

Instead of translating literary work directly, we designed a process for adaptation that preserved ambiguity and voice. This included structural workshops with writers and directors, as well as a visual handbook for producers and post teams.

The framework continues to guide commissioned projects inside the studio and has become the foundation for their first multi-title release plan.
